How Sublivio stores and uses quotation and enquiry data.
We collect identity and contact details you submit on quote and contact forms (name, email, phone, company), project details (quantities, specs, artwork files), and technical data such as IP address and the page URL where a form was sent.
We use this information to prepare manufacturing quotations, communicate about samples and production, improve the website, and meet legal or accounting requirements. We do not sell personal data.
Quote files and form data are stored on our application servers and database so staff can review your project. Access is limited to Sublivio staff who handle quotations.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of the personal data you sent us by emailing hello@sublivio.com. We may retain records required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
We use essential cookies for signed-in account and admin sessions (fw_token, fw_role). We do not run advertising trackers on the storefront.
